The area is mostly two to three family houses, jamaican restaurants, a catholic school which is slated to close, lots of car accidents happen on bronxwood and 225th. The area is mostly jamaican, alot of drug dealings, gunplay and other criminal activities plague the area you want to move to. Also another problem is the high rate of forclosures in that area aswell attributed to single parent headed famlies and subprime loans, especially those that work in healthcare. I wouldn't refer this area to anyone unless you love jamaican culture and love pentacostal, baptist and seven day adventist churches. The area that is safe is twenty blocks south called pleham parkway, check that out.
