	I know nothing about jobs, the people, etc. in Hugo, but I've driven through it numerous times and I always thought it looked like a kinda cool old town. Don't know much about places across the border though. I believe for the most part Texas would be quite a bit more expensive, but there may well be a lot more housing options as well.
