Since I graduated in June 2020, I have been searching for jobs. I applied online, sending cover letters/emails to potential employers. I even called and visited the company, but I did not get even a single interview with all my effort. After almost one year of unemployment, I’m feeling so depressed. Does anybody have any experience with recruitment agencies in Toronto? I found this site https://adculture.ca/ when I checked Google, but I’ve never heard of them. Or maybe can someone recommend a good one to start with?
A little about me: I am a fresh grad with less than 2 yrs of experience - Degree in Marketing, GPA B+, Digital Marketing (major). In terms of my experience, I had an unpaid internship last year. Also, I did some technical work, i.e., database, data entry for a few local org.
