Apology the title is misleading but got your attention?

I think its high time that the Discovery Bay Residents asked WHY is there NO SPCA in Discovery Bay? The SPCA is a charitable organization and one which the rest of Hong Kong treasures.

I suggest we start a Petition to have Amy Young and others support the SPCA is having a FULL clinic is Discovery Bay, after all its well known that DB stands for 'Dogs & Babies' A Concerned Citizen.
