Sinomax is a good brand. i used to have a sinomax ergonomic mattress specially formulated for siatica.  i really helped to allievate pain. however, sinomax is not at all good at massage products.  i would personally go for real massage by a professional therapists who travel to my home.  good therapists are not robotic machine so they can tailor to what i exact need. Cheesy
