My Daughter Is Suffering From Tooth Pain

Hi, my name is Name and I have a 9-year-old daughter.
My daughter is now suffering from severe tooth pain. She says the pain is worse when she eats chocolates or ice cream. When I checked her teeth I found a cavity on one of her back teeth. And I noticed plaque build up on her teeth.

I think the decayed tooth is the reason behind the pain and sensitivity. Now I just applied clove oil on her tooth to get relief from the pain.
But I'm planning to take her to a dental clinic as soon as possible.
This is her first dental visit and she's afraid.
So I decided to visit a pediatric dentist and found a good pediatric dentist in Toronto.

Is there anything to be noted before taking her for his first dental visit? What is the procedure done to fix cavities in kids? Is it painful?
I'm waiting for your thoughts and suggestions on this.

If you visit your dentist on regular basis, you will certainly be having healthy teeth because all of the problems will be noticed on early stage so the right treatment can be taken. I also visit my dentist Torrance regularly. Also follow all of his instructions for dental care.
