I'm definitely uncultured and old. Don't know any of the people or films that won. Don't even know who Rami Malek is.

The only thing I know about the Oscars is some black dude in a tuxedo dress trending in my news feed. Smiley

garmato - this forum is often mistaken for a different Discovery Bay - one in the USA.

Apologies to the OP if this is not the case here, but I doubt many in Hong Kong are interested.  I have long since ceased to care or even recognise those so-called Oscar celebrities.

Sorry to see you go, Ger.  I don’t post or login much anymore, but I still lurk from time to time, I’ll miss the old days when this forum was active and not so full of spammers and bots.

I don’t follow the Oscar at all, I *just* found out Rami Malek won something from this thread, and I’m happy for him — I am a Mr. Robot fan  Smiley
