Interested in body weight training?

Dragging your feet to the gym?
Tired of doing X amount of reps in Y amount of sets?

I am a body weight practitioner (calisthenics, animal flows, yoga, movement etc.), training using just my body and the world around me.
I am sending out an invite to either:
* Intermediate/Advanced interested in training together
* Beginners looking for something new
* Anyone who's reached a plateau and would like some free advice

I train most weekday mornings in and around DB.

So if there’s anyone looking for any of the below...:
* A great way to exercise for free, any time, any place.
* Greater functional and well-rounded strength
* A better fat-burning tool
* A rewarding and fun way to train

…then give me a shout.  All levels welcome.  Look forward to hearing from you.
