Because of our company's background, we have connections with many landlords, such as residential estates, commercial or industrial buildings, schools, or some rural houses. And because we have our own construction team (licensed), and foreign renewable energy corporations' support (technically), we are now installing plenty amounts of small renewable energy or solar stations all over Hong Kong.

These solar stations will sign contracts with CLP or HK Electric, for 10 to 15 years (usually 15) CLP or HK Electric will purchase all of your energy produced, at a very attractive price (subsidized). They will provide official meter, to count the electricity produced every month (usually quite stable).

Actually many landlords would like to invest in this, but for various reasons, some locations would prefer a third-party to place a solar station at their premises for a reasonable amount of rent (a proportion of the income).
