6.15pm – “Piloxing”
7.30pm – “Yogalates” (Yoga and Pilates combo)

9.30am – “Stretch and Strengthen Yoga”
10.45am – intermediate “Pilates Mat” class
5.20pm – “Zumba Hip Hop” for kids aged 6-11 years old (45 mins)
6.15pm – “Yoga for beginners, teens and the inflexible”
8pm – “Stretch and Strengthen Yoga”
