Here's what's happening for our treasured bumps, babes and kids this week:

Monday
4.15pm - "Kid's Yoga" for 6-10 year olds (45 mins)

Tuesday
5.20pm - "Zumba Hip Hop" for 6-11 year olds (45 mins)

Wednesday:
4pm - "Kids Yoga F.I.T." (Flexibility, Inversion and Technique) for 6-10 year olds (45 mins)
5pm - "Zumba Hip Hop" for 6-11 year olds (45 mins)
7.15pm - "Pre-Natal Yoga" (75 mins)

Thursday:
12pm - "Post Natal Pilates"

Friday:
9.30am - "Mummy and Baby Yoga" (10 weeks - crawlers)
3.45pm - "Kid's Yoga" for 3-6 year olds (45 mins)
4.30pm - "Kid's Yoga" for 7-11 year olds (55 mins)
5.45pm - "Zumba Hip Hop" for 6-11 year olds (45 mins)
