We're organizing a Workshop with Kim Kay on Saturday 14th January about the wonders of Yoga in your running routine and how it's the perfect complement, enhances your running performance, increases your flexibility and strength and how it can reduce injuries.

No Yoga experience is necessary and if you book before 9th January, you save HK$50.
