I am a certified NASM Personal Trainer and Animal Flow Instructor, who specialises in outdoor body weight movement training, and would love to cater fun, personalised and unique sessions for DBers using some of the below:
* Calisthenics - strength based training (Muscle Up, Back/Front Lever, Pistol Squat, Handstand, Planche, L Sit etc.)
* Animal Flow - Ground based movements designed to improve strength, flexibility and mobility
* Movement Culture - Move like a ninja by combining movements from different disciplines (capoeira, modern dance, primal movement, locomotion etc.)
* Motor Skills exercises - Balance and co-ordination work using the body and various tools (e.g. tennis balls, sticks, fighting drills)
Hit harder, run faster, react quicker, or just a great way to get in shape. Ideally, this is for people with limited time, space and equipment, or who are looking for something new, fun and creative in the way they train.
