San Hing new website

I've got a flier in my mailbox informing me that san hing has now a website allowing clients to access their account.
www.ehkgas.com
Is that real ? The website lacks so much of professionalism and has such obvious security flows that it's very concerning for something that holds clients data.
Any professional web developer willing to advise them ?!
