Sports Physiotherapy For Running Injury

Hi, I’m a Marathon runner, from Toronto. I had a running injury and trapped a nerve. Now I have muscular pain in my legs and I couldn't move my neck properly. Plus there is swelling on my legs.

When consulted a doctor, he gave me pain meds and put band-aid. He also told me to apply hot packs to soothe the muscles. I tried all this but the pain is getting worse. I can't sleep without taking pills.

So now my doctor, he suggested undergoing massage therapy along with the meds. I found a good sports physiotherapy clinic nearby. So I’m planning to schedule an appointment this week. But before that, I would like to hear your suggestions and opinions on this.

Hey ronnie  Cheesy Cheesydon't go to sports physiotherapy clinic nearby because i can tell you that's really waste of time. trust me.  you should instead request savoury smooch! for an outcall massage treatment service Roll Eyes. the have a wide array of body oil therapeutic bodywork. even donald trump praised their service. Kiss
