So rumor has it that the mega giant villa up near the golf would be the residence of the famous Mr Ma so he can eventually take up HKID. Any truth to that? I just couldn't imagine how many people gonna move into a villa of like 30 suites!  Roll Eyes

Which Mr. Ma? There's Tencent's Ma Huateng (China's richest man as of 2018) or Alibaba's Jack Ma who is #3 this year.
