I was walking my dog at 5.45 this morning, when a dog attacked my dog, the owner just nonchalantly sauntered over to her dog, without any urgency or to try to restrain her dog. My dog was on his lead, her dog, although on a lead, the lead was dragging on the ground.

This is not the first time I have come across the dog and owner, each time the dog has been aggressive.

no, hongkongpauli met this irresponsible dog owner again. This time, instead of this site, spoke to the owner and settled the issue in a normal manner between human being and human being. Surprisingly, although no internet involved, it worked.
