Airport transfer

I’m hoping someone can help. We’re moving to DB and need transportation from the airport to our apartment (door to door). Is this possible at all? We can’t use the bus since we’ll have a baby, stroller, luggage and 2 cats in carriers. Taking the taxi to the taxi stand wouldn’t help much either with all of our stuff. Is this type of transportation at all possible? I can’t imagine we’re the first to move in with this situation.

How about GoGoVan? (you can download their app in Google Play or Apple App)

Their website quotes:

Small van
L x H x W
5.5' x 4' x 4'  (1.6 x 1.2 x 1.2 m)
From $125

5.5 Ton Truck
L x H x W
17-19' x 6' x 6' (5.2-5.7 x 1.8 x 1.8 m)
From $280

https://www.gogovan.com.hk/en/ (Hotline: 3590 3399)

You can also check with City Management Office 3651 2345 for other arrangements.

Welcome to DB!
Door to door transport from the airport, or anywhere else, is no longer available here.
The You're best taking a taxi from the airport to DB and then using the DB Hire Car service, which you can pre book via their website, or by telephone, to take you from Auberge to your front door.

Sounds like you will have too much stuff for just one taxi

options are
1. leave the bulk of your luggage in the left luggage facility, get your child, cats and minimal luggage to DB then one person returns back to the airport to get the bags in the left luggage

This is likely to be an exhausting exercise if you are tired from a long flight.

2. Use the airport concierge bag delivery service  check out their website at hkairportconcierge.com

3. Advertise on the forum maybe someone is willing to meet you at the airport and help you with your stuff

as Garmato say GoGo van maybe the best option

also are the cats travelling in the cabin with you? If not you may have to collect them from the freight terminal and I presume they will have to go there to be checked by the immigration vet etc. That is a major hassle, been there done that

Also I don't think you can book the hire car by phone anymore
