Heard that the indoor swimming pool is cold, is it true?

The Tung Chung indoor pool is around 28C and is quite good. I heard that some 25m small pools are colder due to the design.

Planning to join the clubhouse for winter swimming and want to hear the comments and advice. Thank you.

The indoor pool is heated, and the water is warm.  Just went swimming in it on Saturday.

You swam on a cold Sat and this eased my worries. I went to some private estate indoor pools and they were even 18C or lower. This is why I asked this question.
