Found Octopus Card and papers - Ng Hoi Ying

Hi all,

I've found an Octopus card and holder for Ng, Choi Ying - a student at the 15 Seabird Bus stop.

It's in a flowery Cate Kidston holder (pale blue)

Does anyone know her and can help me return the card? Please whatsapp/message on 6330 9980 if you can help?

I'll give it a day or two and hand to the police if not (unless anyone has a better suggestion for DB?)
