Selecting colors for my bathroom walls

I am in the midst of a home renovation right now and I am looking for some good bathroom wall colors. I shortlisted a few from this blog ( http://www.dispenser.com/blog/organizedbath/pantones-spring-palette-is-perfect-f... ) but I would like to get more suggestion. I would like to get some warm colors,  since the floor and the ceiling are wooden.

I like hazelnut.  Should look good with wood floor too.

This is my perspective.

A bathroom is a functional place where you need good lighting for safety reasons. White or off white would be a functional colour.

It is entirely subjective, the mood you wish to set and the style, contemporary, classical, etc. The chosen wood tones or patterns and bathroom fixtures, OP has not said, light or dark would be complemented or contrasted differently if the choice were say green, then kale or lighter green or both on different walls, solid or combined, could work.

Without understanding the client brief, we only offer our own preferences. I would prefer a lush garden bathroom ambience, an atrium and large overhead shower Cheesy on a wooden deck like stage.

Warmth can be from bright sunny golden reddish hues as well as calmer ones, depends on design elements like adding a sun lamp, textiles linens to match, also accessories. A holistic approach taking into account beauty, form, function and economy would be good.

PS. Why is the post time 'yesterday 11.57' when the time here is 08.07 today?
