Are we able to watch the CNY fireworks from DB?

If not where would you recommend the most toddler friendly place to watch them - coming off the ferry in Central perhaps?

I can see the fireworks from my flat in DB but they are very small and far away.  Then, once the smoke begins, you can hardly see them at all.

Coming off the ferry in Central should be better than TST which I think will be very crowded.  I am just guessing.
