Looking for Head Sushi Chef to manage and run production of variety of WESTERN Sushi Rolls at our operation on Discovery Bay.
Applicant must have at least 5 years experience making and designing nutritious, healthy Rolls and managing staff and kitchen.
Applicant must speak English.
9 working hours per day
Full time employment with one day off.
Valid HK ID card is a must.
Salary 40000 plus MPF and other benefits.
