Mark your diaries everyone - this week is the last week that Embody will be open this year, and we have two fantasiedoubledosie classes for your little ones:

** Monday 12th - "Kiddies Yoga" with Rachna at 4.15pm (for 5-10 year olds) and,
** Wednesday 14th - "Kiddies Hip Hop Zumba" with Mariles at 4pm for 6-11 year olds.

There'll be a festive theme, games and much more so bring your little ones down and celebrate the week with us!
