TUESDAY
9.15am - "Yoga - Stretch & Strengthen" class
10.45am - "Pilates Equipment" (basic)
12pm - "Pilates Mat" (intermediate)
3.45pm - "Kid's Yoga" for children 3-6 year olds (45 mins)
4.30pm - "Kid's Yoga" for children 7-11 year olds (45 mins)
5.20pm - "Zumba Hip Hop-Kids" for kids 6-11 years old (FULL)
6.15pm - "Yoga for Beginners & the Inflexible"
8pm - "Yoga - Stretch & Strengthen"

SATURDAY
