Ineptitude of San Hing LPG (Read 6719 times)

	For several months I have received a monthly invoice without any charge, as this couldn`t be right, I contacted San Hing LPG and advised them that I would be away and could they advise what my outstanding invoice would be in order for me to settle the payment before going away, I received an email while I was away informing me that all was in order and any payments could be made on my return....when I returned I had a FINAL NOTICE from them, to say I am irritated to say the least, can anyone advise if there is an alternative supplier to San Hing? Thank you

	HKR doesn't encourage competition. The only alternative to San Hing is electricity. Unless you want to buy bottled gas from Mui Wo.

	Very sorry to read about your problem. I have had terrific service from them. Last December I could smell gas, told them, two San Hing men came and discovered it was coming from the wall! All gas appliances turned off, meter removed! Rang the office to say we had 5 xmas guests arriving in 5 days time, we needed the showers and oven to be back on. Scaffolding went up, piping replaced, guests couldn't even tell we had a problem!! Once upon a time I had the misfortune to work for British Gas.... This would never have happened

	Nothing to worry or get upset about a final notice. I get one every 3 months when I pay...

	Ineptitude? More like efficient! Any overlap in billing cycles where what is due remains unpaid will always fall under Final Notice. The nice thing about it is that there is NO late payment surcharge or disruption of gas supply to the unit.
