I highly recommend this plumber. He services DB area and has a good rate, speaks good English and gives an accurate quote by sending photos and descriptions through whatsap. No hidden costs or cheating as I experienced with previous plumbers in HK! Some refuse to give you a quote over the phone then when they go there then charge you over $500 + transport fee if you don't accept the quote so please beware of these cheaters.
