Cannot retrieve old account

Hi I tried to login and retrieve my password from my old account and it keeps saying my email address does not exist but I received an email notice on the same address from the system a month ago so it must be that one.

Please kindly advise or send a reset password link to the follow email.  Thanks!

Same here. Had to register a new username. Password reset did not work for me...
