Has anyone been to Chimelong Water Park Guangzhou

Hi...

Planning a trip to Chimelong Water Park & Hotel in Guangzhou…….has anyone been there?.......Is it a trip worth??....... how to go there.... can you buy package in H.K...... hear, there can be quite long queue for each ride....

Would love to have comments from anyone who has been there "good or bad" experience is welcome.

A friend of mine has been up there, but only to the zoo.  She said it was really good and well worth the trip.  Best zoo in the area anyway!  She simply took the ferry from Kowloon side, booked the hotel in advance via internet, and bought entrance tickets on arrival.  The zoo was pretty busy, so can imagine that the waterpark is even more so!

          Waste of time . Very crowded=100,000 screaming kids all with hello kitty swim rings around their waists. Standing room only.

Been there, the hotel is spacious & nice, we stayed at the new wing. We only visited the zoo & circus, both r ok. Not a water person, so didn't visit the water park.

We got a package from Hong Thai travel, good bargain; packages start from HK$800, we took the HK$1000/person x 2 for safari room, inclusive of ferry tickets, breakfast & circus' tickets. Free shuttle from GZ LinHuaShan pier to the Chimelong resort (30mins).
