Interior design advice

Anyone know an interior designer that will provide advice for a straight fee? I don't need someone to manage a renovation project, I just need a designer's recommendations on how to make the best use of apartment space.

I would like a similar service as well and have been trying to look for it.  Got quoted horrid prices just for advice, so looking for someone who is will to charge a normal price.
